Utility Usage & Cost Project Coordinator
FLSA Status: Exempt Location: St. Louis (w/ some travel to client sites)

Position Summary:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible primarily for managing the utility data acquisition, data entry, and presentation process for Talisen’s clients.  This position involves a fair amount of client and vendor interaction along with some data entry. 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate the input of utility bills usage and cost information into a SQL database, utilizing Excel spreadsheets.
  • Maintain a list of client utility accounts and service providers.
  • Work with client and service providers to locate missing bills.
  • Identify anomalous bills for further investigation.
  • Work with others to develop useful data reporting formats.
  • Review usage and cost information for clarity and accuracy.

Required Experience & Skills:

Position Summary:

Develop and implement application software products using a combination of Java/J2EE and XML.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide account management, advisory and consultative support for engagements with aerospace and risk management clients of Talisen Technologies, Inc. The successful candidate will bring knowledge of business and risk best practices, have an understanding of account management, and have a solid background in Information Technology. This position will also support the development, recommendation, and execution of an enterprise wide Business Continuity program within Talisen Technologies. We're looking for an experienced professional who knows how to share and scale their expertise to successfully enable new business development and customer retention.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Account Management – Aerospace customers
    • Effectively manage aerospace accounts providing support to the VP of Business Solutions.
      • Business Development with existing customer base to grow aerospace accounts

CAFM Administrator
FSLA Status: Exempt Location: St. Louis
Department: Technology  

Position Summary:
The CAFM Administrator provides services related to the architecture, development, implementation, maintenance and upkeep of facilities management data in the Computer Aided Facilities Management application.  The CAFM Administrator is also responsible for the development of additional features to the CAFM application.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with the Facilities Information Management Team to understand additional client needs and requirements for application development and enhancement.
  • Ability to think “out-of-the-box” when presented with customer’s needs.
  • Ability to take small amounts of details and develop plan for development and implementation.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective oral and written communications skills. Understands the importance of formal written communication.

CAFM Integrator
Location: St. Louis  

Position Summary:
The CAFM Integrator provides services related to the implementation, maintenance and upkeep of facilities management data in the Computer Aided Facilities Management application.  Data conversions, transfers and scrubbing is a primary function of this position.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receiving data on assets in Microsoft Excel, Delimited Text, or XML formats.
  • Scrubbing the data to allow it to be easily imported into the destination database.
  • Transferring the above listed data into a Microsoft SQL Server database.
  • Testing all data to verifying the accuracy and validity of the data transferred.
  • Configuring user access to the CAFM application.
  • Maintaining constant contact with Talisen Technologies Project Manager to take direction, provide guidance or support regarding the CAFM system.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Integration Project Coordinator
FSLA Status: Exempt Location: St. Louis
Department: Technology  

Position Summary:
The Integration Project Coordinator manages all aspects of Facilities Information Management integration.  This position will focus on the integration of building controls systems with energy management solutions.  Bulk of the coordinator’s time will be spent managing vendors, subcontractors, and internal staff to complete configuration of building automation systems, networks, and software integration.   The selected candidate may also manage hardware, software, network, and OS integration for external clients. This may involve managing data collection, business process modeling, and IT infrastructure build-out and support.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage vendor and sub-contractor deliverables for controls systems, network infrastructure, and hardware installations.
  • Build schedules for vendor and subcontractor deliverables.
  • Consistently report status on adherence to schedules and percentage complete.
  • Validate vendor and subcontractor expended effort and expenses.
  • Possibly manage parts of software and infrastructure projects to identify customer requirements and implement solutions

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • IT project management   
  • Business requirements definition or business analysis
  • IT infrastructure knowledge (networks, servers, and software environments --  Unix, Linux, and Windows OS’s)

Utility Bill Analyst

The Utility Bill Analyst will be responsible for entering and reviewing utility usage and cost data from utility invoices.

Software Developer

Position Summary:
Job Description: Develops and implements moderately complex and complex internet and intranet applications on one or more platforms. Uses knowledge of web technologies, including Java, Java Script, Weblogic, Perl, HTML, and XML. Knowledge of SQL (language), stored procedures and database design concepts. Evaluate systems specifications for client area web site requirements and determines and implements the most efficient and cost-effective software/package solution. Researched and tracks new web technologies, develop service applications and analyzes business requirements as they pertain to web-based systems. Ability to write technical design documentation, perform code reviews and unit testing. Support user, system, performance and regression testing efforts. Position Summary:
The System Administrator, knowledgeable in all aspects of Unix-based operating systems, application and apache web server environment setup, configuration, and administration, will play a significant role in supporting critical business web applications. Installation and management of enterprise-level server hardware, networking, SAN/NAS, security and operating system tuning, and web application load balancing.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 5+ years experience in Unix Administration
  • 2+ years infrastructure support experience in a SAN/NAS environment
