Team CO-OP has identified series of high-value projects that will provide significant cost savings, promote cost avoidance and provide more effective management of space for the entire enterprise. Overall, this series of projects forms a program focusing on the provision and integration of disparate technologies into a cohesive environment.

These technologies include: the implementation of an Enterprise Energy Management (EEM) environment, the Global Access Facilities Portal (GAFP) a comprehensive Utility Bill Management solution, implementation of a Data Warehouse Solution and the streamlining of processes and procedures through Business Process Management. The combined savings can result in a 5-10% annual cost reduction in energy and a 10-25% reduction in maintenance per square foot. For more information on Team CO-OP go to http://www.teamcoop.org.

ESRI - Environmental Systems Research Institute
www.esri.com
ESRI was founded as Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc., in 1969 as a privately held consulting firm. ESRI evolved from a small consulting firm to the largest research and development organization dedicated to designing and developing the world's leading geographic information system (GIS) technology.

The global presence of ESRI grew with the release of ArcView, an affordable, easy-to-learn desktop mapping tool. The company also launched the ArcData Program, designed to promote the publishing of commercial off-the-shelf high-quality datasets to help users quickly build and grow their GIS applications. Today, that program has evolved into the Geography Network, a collaborative, multi-participant system for publishing, sharing, and using geographic information on the Internet.

Interval Data Systems, Inc. (IDS) Overview
www.intdatsys.com
Interval Data Systems, Inc. was founded in 2003 because of a need in the marketplace to understand energy usage on an operational, maintenance, and cost reduction basis. Escalating energy costs and the increased sophistication of building technology has ushered in a new era focused on harnessing the potential of data to make "data driven" decisions to systematically drive down energy costs and increase comfort across a portfolio of buildings.

EnergyWitness™ provides a 360-degree view of a facility or a portfolio of buildings that contains all the facts about energy consumption, costs, and building operations, replacing today's guesswork with actionable information. This new approach complements installed metering and building automation systems and introduces an entirely new set of capabilities, applications and financial benefits never thought possible.
