Global Access Facilities Portal (GAFP)

Consolidates access to energy and maintenance applications, which allows for the real-time remote management of control systems. The portal provides:

• A centralized and secure role-based access into energy and maintenance management applications.
• Users to observe energy usage and maintenance requests and affect changes in real-time.
• “One-stop” access to each of the project pillar applications: Enterprise Energy Management (EEM), Utility Bill Management (UBM), IT/Communications Assessment and BPMS.
• An organization-wide federated authentication and authorization mechanism, allowing a common login and access to the majority of applications and data sites.
