Bing Dempewolf serves as Vice President of Human Resources and brings several years of experience in
Human Resources, employee recruiting, employee retention, and immigration processes. She also has
experience in IT implementation, integration and migration support, systems management, and help
desk services.
Bing is responsible for all Human Resource functions and processes. Bing will primarily be
focused on developing a responsive and flexible recruiting process that will serve the Talisen
Technologies customer in a timely manner.
Prior to joining Talisen Technologies, Bing was the Director of Human Resources for a world
class vending machine manufacturer. Bing was responsible for the development of the recruiting
process, implementation of an online applicant tracking system, negotiating offers, employee
reviews, employee retention, partnering with all departments and business units in acquiring the
top talent. In addition to the recruiting process, Bing was instrumental in rolling out a new
payroll system, a new hourly time reporting system, and conversion of various payroll system changes.
